By accessing or using the 1Fit Gyms platform and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform or services.

2. Eligibility

• Users must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement under applicable laws.
• By using the 1Fit Gyms platform, you confirm that the information provided during registration is accurate and complete.

3. Services Provided

The 1Fit Gyms platform provides tools and services to assist in the management and operation of gyms and fitness facilities, including but not limited to:

• Membership management.
• Class and session scheduling.
• Trainer assignments and management.
• Gym access control.
• Fitness and activity tracking.
• Payment processing for memberships, packages, and services.
• Communication tools for members, trainers, and staff.
• Analytics and reporting for gym performance.

4. User Responsibilities

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• Use the platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information when using the platform.
• Members, trainers, and staff must ensure that use of the platform and services complies with all applicable laws and regulations relevant to gyms and fitness facilities.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from engaging in activities including, but not limited to:

• Misusing the platform or attempting to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data.
• Misuse of gym booking or access control systems, or attempting to circumvent membership requirements.
• Posting or transmitting harmful, defamatory, or illegal content.
• Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Using the platform to distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content.
• Harassing or impersonating other users, trainers, or staff.

6. Fees and Payments

• Certain features or services, such as memberships, packages, or add-on services, may require payment. By purchasing these services, you agree to provide accurate payment details and authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
• All fees are subject to the gym’s refund policy. Refunds, if any, will be processed in accordance with the gym’s published refund policy.
• We reserve the right to change our pricing and subscription models with prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, software, gym branding, and training programs, are owned by 1Fit Gyms or our licensors. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform or its content without prior authorization.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy for 1Fit Gyms. We are committed to protecting your data and using it only in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

9. Third-Party Services

The platform may include integrations with third-party services or links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, 1Fit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or system failures.

11. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform if you violate these Terms of Use or engage in any unauthorized activities.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

13. Amendments

We may update these terms periodically. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
